i couldn't believe it... roomate #4, who is a junior biology major, didn't understand how twins happen. i had to explain to her that identical twins start as one egg and one sperm (she thought it took two) that ends up splitting. and that fraternal twins are two eggs and two sperm.

um, shouldn't a bio major know this? i mean, she's concentrating in human genetics- wouldn't where babies come from be a part of the curriculum at some point?
