school is over, all my shit is now in my new classroom.
along with several years worth of other people's shit.
and some spiders.
good news: as of right now, i'm not teaching a combo class anymore- it's a straight third unless the school gets new students.

no, burnout IS bad, and i am burned out. it isn't an awkward question at all. it seems that my response was misunderstood due to the fact that you couldn't hear me actually saying the words. teaching is way harder than they make you think in college.
oh man. our professors tell us how crappy it is. No worries. We all know what we're in for. Late nights grading papers, dealing with parents/administration/classroom management/and so much more.
