i got the results of my sigmoidoscopy today. no cancer, no ulcerative colitis, no crohn's disease. (thank goodness) so it looks like i have IBS, or if you call it by its old name, spastic colon.

treatments for IBS that i have heard of so far:
-anti-depressants
-diet change
-probiotics
-yoga
-psychotherapy (whaaaat?)
-tranquilizers (um....)
