Damages

The stupid washing machine at my rental townhome just ripped a big hole in my brand new sheets. (wedding present) Ugh. I cannot believe it... We'll see if I can get the landlord to pay at least partially for a new $90 set.

Prior to this, I've had constant problems with the washer not getting clothes clean, or not getting the soap out.
