bad: i ruined dinner.
good: we went to a yummy italian restaurant.

bad: ben's pants got stuck and he couldnt get his wallet out of his pocket.
good: it was damn funny.

bad: a huge cricket jumped onto my head last night as i was trying to fall asleep
good: crickets are supposedly good luck in china. (do i believe this?)

bad: i got a parking ticket this morning at school
good: it was voided because i own a permit, but it seems to have dissapeared.... must search for that dern thing.

bad: some water pipe broke in the apartment i'm supposed to move into in a week and a half
good: we get new carpet downstairs!
