My heart stopped for a minute...

...because there was an email from my realtor titled re: UPDATE. I was sure for about a second and a half that it was an answer, a yes (or a no) on the house, but NO! It is another cookie crumb on our little trail of annoyance, but one that is still more promising. We're supposed to hear by the 3rd. The bank told the seller's realtor they should be calling "no later than July 3rd."

AHH! C'mon house. If things go right (ha.) we could be in the house by our 1st anniversary.
