I can see you don't like "Barista," so I changed it to employee.
Naw, the problem is Starbucks, not you. They need to replace their silly sizes with small, medium, and large too.
At least Peet's Coffee & Tea as well as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf do the same. What in the word does Venti mean anyway? I looked it up in an Encyclopedia from the 70's and it said it was a referrence to the Greek gods Anemoi that were in charge of the winds. Whoop de do.
